WHAT IS IN YOUR COOKIES AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
We offer a standard vanilla shortbread cookie which contains gluten, dairy and egg, as well as a gluten free/dairy free alternative. All of our cookies are individually wrapped and will keep for up to six weeks. For information on our cookie ingredients, allergens and storage, please click here.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Our studio is in Homebush, NSW Australia and we allow FREE pickups from here.
We also deliver Australia-wide via Express Post for $9.95 and offer hand-delivery via courier within Sydney Metro for $19.95. You may choose from these 3 options at the checkout.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE COOKIES?
Our cookies are approximately 7cm in size, but this will vary slightly between different shapes.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR COOKIES?
The cost of our cookies vary based on shape, design, add-on’s and quantity.
You can scroll through our website for a better gauge of our prices as every product and pack size has its own cost. 6 pack gift boxes start at $34.95 while a 100 pack starts from $349.95

CAN I SCHEDULE AN ORDER FOR A LATER DATE?
Absolutely, and we love it when you do! You can choose your products from our website and add them to your cart, when you reach the checkout, a calendar will appear that allows you to select a future delivery date.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME AND HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
The earlier you place an order, the better!
Most orders can be placed, created and delivered within just 2-3 business days, however, please allow extra time for areas like WA, NT and locations further from your city centre.
Delays associated with Australia Post are entirely out of our control and we always recommend planning ahead where possible.
You can check the calendar at the checkout for our next available date although please remember this is approximate. Otherwise you can reach out to us with your quantity, design, delivery address and delivery date and we will get back to you ASAP to confirm.

WHAT DELIVERY DATE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We recommend a delivery date of 2-3 business days before your event. For example, if your event is on a weekend, you should set your delivery date as Wednesday. Our cookies are baked fresh the day they are sent out and last up to 6 weeks so “3 day old cookies” are totally ok to ensure your cookies arrive in time and will still taste perfectly fresh.
Please DO NOT set the delivery date as the day of / last day before your event. AusPost processes all orders on business days (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) and if they get held up on a Friday, your cookies will not move until after the weekend.

CAN I DESIGN MY OWN COOKIES?
Absolutely! Head to our ‘Design Your Own Cookies’ page to see the available options and create your perfect custom cookie. 

CAN I PUT MY BUSINESS LOGO ON A COOKIE?
You sure can! Logos can be printed as an edible image or stamped with a custom stamp. Check out our ‘Corporate Logo Cookies’ information page for more details.

CAN I SEND MY COOKIES AS A GIFT?
Yes! Be sure to enter separate billing and shipping details at the checkout. You will receive tracking information via email and be able to follow your orders progress. You may add a gift note for $3.00 and all our gift boxes are wrapped in a FREE occasion-matched box sleeve (Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Thank You etc). We will not include a printed receipt or invoice with your orders.

CAN I HAVE A QUOTE / CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM REQUEST?
Of course! We recommend having a look through our website first as we have a wide range of designs and pricing information that can be seen and ordered directly online.
If you’ve taken a look online and not found what you needed, you can fill out our 'Request a Quote' form. Fill in all the details of what you need and add an inspiration picture, invitation, or mood board and we will do our best to help bring your vision to life.
