GLUTEN FREE / DAIRY FREE COOKIES (may contain traces of gluten & dairy)
   - Gluten Free flour (maize starch, potato starch, teff, linseed, psyllium husk, tapioca starch, rice flour, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate)
     - Nuttelex (vegetable oil, water, salt)
     - Icing sugar mixture (cane sugar, starch)
     - Vanilla extract
     - Fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, corn syrup, water, vegetable oil, colour)
     - Vanilla frosting (sugar, vegetable oil, water and vanilla flavouring)

Our gluten/dairy free option is perfect for people who have an intolerance, follow a low gluten or dairy diet, or get an upset stomach. Due to the prevalence of gluten and dairy being used within our bakery, these cookies may contain traces of gluten and dairy and are NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH SEVERE ALLERGIES OR COELIAC DISEASE.

 

HOW LONG WILL THE COOKIES LAST?
Our cookies last for up to 6 weeks in their individual seal bags.

 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?
If you managed to not eat them all in one go, or you're saving them for a party on the weekend then you can safely store these cookies at room temperature. 
Keep them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun but NOT in the fridge.
