Refunds and returns policy
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must either:
- arrive damaged
- have the incorrect spelling
- have the incorrect design
- arrive 3 days later than your selected date.
If the above applies to your order we will immediately refund either a partial (damaged items) or full amount of your order once photo evidence is shown.
Unfortunately, as our items are food and some are customised, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue.
In the event you need to cancel your order, we must be given a full 3 weeks notice. Any cancellations made under 3 weeks will be given a store credit.
