Refunds and returns policy
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must either:
- arrive damaged
- have the incorrect spelling
- have the incorrect design
- arrive 3 days later than your selected date.
If the above applies to your order we will immediately refund either a partial (damaged items) or full amount of your order once photo evidence is shown.
Unfortunately, as our items are food and some are customised, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue.
If you cancel an order within 24 hours (unless your order is within 2 days time and already being prepared) you will be eligible for a full refund, all orders cancelled after this time will receive a store credit to be used whenever suitable.
