Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS:
In order to be eligible for a partial OR full refund your item must either:
- Arrive damaged
- Have the incorrect spelling
- Have the incorrect design
- Arrive 3 days later than your selected date.
If the above applies to your order we will immediately refund either a partial (damaged items) or full amount of your order once photo evidence is shown.
RETURNS:
Unfortunately, as our items are food and some are customised, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue.
CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are eligible for cancellation and a full refund up to 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled after this time will receive a store credit (unless already departed from our studio).
